Radiant Hydraulic Power Packs
RADIANT Hydraulic PowerPacks are the most versatile units for supplying Hydraulic Power to Hydraulic Roof Bolters, Face Drilling Machines & other Hydraulic Equipments. Our PowerPacks are best suited for use in gassy underground mines fitted with DGMS approved FLP Motors with Plug & Socket arrangement suitable for connectivity with DGMS approved FLP Starters, DGMS standard Hydraulic Hoses, compatible with DGMS recommended FLP Oil like HFB68/Servo68 etc.
Gear Pumps & Hydraulic Oil tank are mounted on a skid base. The Oil Tank is fitted with a suitable suction strainer, breather cum filter, return line filter with filter gauge assembly, level indicator, drain plug, on off valve etc. The PowerPack is fitted with a relief valve & pressure gauge for system pressure rating.
The system is cooled by a suitable heat exchanger to maintain an oil temperature below 65º C. All outlet ports are fitted with suitable couplings. Undermentioned models of RADIANT PowerPacks can cater to supply Hydraulic Fluid with adequate flow & pressure upto 75-125 mtrs. from the place of installation.
